Race Day Support


On race day, the most critical functions of Regatta Master come into play - timing, progression, and results.  Although 95% of the setup and configuration is done prior to the regatta, there are many things that can happen during the regatta to change the plan - the weather, scratches and last-minute adds, crew changes, and technical issues.

At Regatta Master, we understand how important it is to be able to get support when you need it - whether it is a 'quick question' or more involved help.  Accordingly we are available by email, cell phone or Skype, and can also provide dedicated remote support to regattas using one of our cloud servers or a Remote Desktop server that is accessible via the internet.

Support charges are $75/hr US billed in 1/4 hour increments, or $500/day US for dedicated day-rate support.  Email support is free.
