New users receive 2 hours of free telephone consultation, because we feel it is worth the time to help get users 'up to speed' with the software. Usually this time is spent going through the steps of setting up a regatta, but may be used for any Regatta Master functions.Registered users also get free unlimited technical support via email.  Click on the Contact Us link on the website, the email icon on the bottom of the website, or send an email to support@regattamaster.com.Telephone support is also available. To get telephone support, call one of the telephone numbers listed on the Contact Us page or contact us via Skype. Telephone support hours are 9:00AM - 5:00PM M-F Pacific Time. Extended phone support hours may be arranged in advance (for instance, for stand-by phone assistance for a regatta, which usually happens on a weekend).Telephone support is free if the issue is due to a software glitch, but otherwise it is billable at our discretion. Our current billing rate is $75/hr billed in 15 minute increments.
