There is no charge for email support. Phone support is charged by the hour.  The rate for 2014 is $75 USD.  For regattas that use a Remote Desktop server that is accessible to us, or use one of our cloud servers, we can provide remote support.  The rate for this is also $75 USD per hour, or a flat rate of $500 per day.Our day rate for onsite support services is $500 per day.
