Regatta Master Timer (RMT) is a Windows desktop application that runs on Windows Vista and higher operating systems.  As it requires .NET 4.5, it does not run on XP. RMT imports a race file produced by Regatta Master, and exports times using the Regatta Master generic CSV time import file specification.  The program records times using the PC system clock.  Times can be recorded in stopwatch fashion and assigned to boats afterwards, or can be recorded directly to the selected boat.

In version 3.0, released in Fall, 2015, RMT exchanges timing data with Regatta Master via the Regatta Master Timing Service, a web service extension of Regatta Master Online.
